Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R849.
Standard Shipping: For orders below R849, a flat shipping fee of R60 will apply.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link containing full delivery details.

Fast Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 days, provided it is processed by 12:00 PM on the day of purchase.
All deliveries are handled by our reliable shipping partner.

Shipping Standards

To maintain consistent service quality, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Here are the specific guidelines:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are usually sent to the warehouse that same day and, in many cases, shipped immediately.

• Next-Day Processing: Orders made after 12:00 PM are sent to the warehouse the following business day and generally shipped that day.

• Processing Time: Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of processing, as long as it’s a business day.

Please note that orders placed on weekends, holidays, or at the beginning or end of the month may experience slight delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
